Future projects

We are looking to create an observatory at East Hott Bank and a Moon Path and Silver Jackmontii Birch planting. In addition we will be adding a porch and hopefully subject to planning, a conversion of the Small stone barn and a sun room facing West.

We will be adding picture windows to the new bath room at Clifftop subject to planning.

We are looking in to the possibility of stables at Queen Street - a winter beach ride would be wonderful.

The  top storey flat roof will see Seagull spikes fitted this winter and key boxes at the other properties.

Rabbit fencing is the priority at Overcliffe and repairs to the Boathouse.
