Winter and Summer Rates

We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

We have just two rates - Winter- End of October to beginning of April and Summer - April til end of October. All Bank and National Holidays fall under summer rates.

Our Summer rate is £100 per night.

Our Winter rate is £80 per night.

We offer a one night reduction for those taking a week booking.

Linen and towels are not included in these rates.

We can provide an equipment list.

We provide hand towels, washing and drying up cloths. In exceptional circumstances for travellers from abroad we can provide towels and linen, please ask Nicky when booking.

What to do?

Concerts at Leeds Arena, visit relatives, enjoy the Leeds Indie Food Festival, exhibitions at the Henry Moore Gallery, golf the wonderful courses of Alwoodley and Moortown, shop to your heart's content or search the visit Leeds or www.treasuretrails.com websites. All with a stay at Dunstarn Cottge, Leeds.

Our inaugural outdoor picnic theatre event  Pride and Prejudice was held in 2017 at Dunstarn Farm Adel Leeds 16 by Chapterhouse Theatre Co. 250 guests attended. 2018 we  performed Robin Hood . 2019 we took a break and hope to be back in 2020.
