Indoors

There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor.

a 6' double bed with sea view. a 3'6" single bed with sea view.2 x 6' bunk beds and a 4'6" double bed with garden view. Guests are asked to bring their own bed linen, sheets, duvet covers pillowcases and towels. Duvets, pillows and hand towels are provided.

The bathroom has a free standing tear drop bath, with sea view, wash basin, loo and airying cupboard.

Down stairs there is a sitting room with gas/coal fire and bay window with sea view to Flamborough Head

There is a dining room with open fire and galley kitchen and conservatory which opens out on to the garden which is lawned with a wooden seat overlooking the Bay.

 

Outdoors

At the front East, there is an attractive walled flower garden with lawn and cobbled path to a shared front gate and access down in to the communal gardens. At the Back West, there is also an enclosed courtyard garden and converted mobility suite. The washing machine has been moved to a purpose built shed. The back court yard is studded with lumious chips which absord light during the day and shine at night.

 

There is parking for 3 cars at the property with access through a narrow alley.

 

Cliff Top can also be rented with 85 Queen Street for larger family get togethers.

What to do?

All of our properties are close to fabulous beaches or woodland walks, so pack up a picnic and enjoy the wonderful British summer countryside. Bathe in nature...............we will be adding Field sound recordings to further illustrate our properties in 2025.

Dunstarn Cottage, Croft Cottage and 85 Queen Street and Gibbes Cottages can also be booked via air b and b.

 

Over the years we have hosted a walking theatre performance and two summer outdoor theatre events, as well as assisted Cinematography students to make a film for Leeds University and enabled Vet students to obtain valuable practical work experience, if you have a project in mind, we'd be pleased to discuss things.........l shall be attending a field recording workshop to learn to create sound maps for all our properties in 2025. We are currently investigating working with British hedgehog trust.

 

We host weekend gun dog training courses for beginners and advanced  through www.
