• From Ilkley, head towards Leeds on A65
• At 2nd roundabout take 1^st exit onto A660     
• Pass through 2 roundabouts remaining on A660
• Turn left onto Old Pool Bank
• Turn left onto A658 / Pool Bank New Road
• Pass through 4 roundabouts remaining on A658
• At roundabout take 2^nd exit onto A59 / York Road
• At roundabout take 2^nd exit following signs to York / Green Hammerton / A59
• At roundabout take 1^st exit onto A1237
• Pass through 6 roundabouts remaining on A1237
• At roundabout take 1^st exit onto North Lane          
• Turn left onto A64 / Malton Road
• At roundabout take 2^nd exit onto A1039
• Turn right onto A165
• At roundabout take 1^st exit onto A1039 / Mill Lane
• At roundabout take 1^st exit
• At roundabout take 2^nd exit onto Mitford Street
• Turn left onto Church Street and immediately bear right onto Queen Street

Parking

We own all the hard standing and the space next to the garage. We must leave a turning circle for the owners of the garage who live at no. 4 Clifftop. We divide the parking spaces between users of 85 Queen Street and 4 Clifftop. For Clifftop, please park on the right of the hard standing or in the back yard. No one has permission to use this other than the occupants of the two properties. We also have a walking access up the front path to the front door of our house.
