Rooms and amenities

There are four twin bedrooms set over three floors of this Victorian Town House at Queen Street. Each bedroom is named after a Lifeboatman. Buggins, Laughy, Tint and Crow. Guests are asked to provide their own bed linen, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and sheets. Hand towels, duvets, pillows are provided.

Access from the courtyard on the Ground Floor is in to a conservatory, then through into the fitted kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a cuckoo clock in the sitting room and the stairs are lit in each tread.

There is a hard wired lighting system and smoke alarm.

The sitting room has a  wood burning stove TV music centre and front door porch access on to Queen Street.

The first floor comprises a twin bedroom, fitted bathroom and boiler room with seperate loo and washbasin.

The second floor has two bedrooms one with a shower room ensuite and the other a washbasin.

The top floor has panoramic views of Filey Brigg and Flamborough head.

Other bedrooms have partial sea views.

Outside

There is a fully stocked garden with flowers and herbs, a courtyard with Pizza oven and grass roof and a cineama chalet with 15 cinema seats and TV. Sadly this TV was stolen in April so we have another but it is kept in the house and needs returning there after use. There is off street parking for 3 cars.
