There are 13 steps up to the second floor bedroom

 

Access to the property is flat with one step up in to the kitchen.

There is one step down from the kitchen to the sitting room.

 

Access to EHB is via a hard stone single track with passing places and up to 5 gates to open and close. For those unfamiliar with the property and track we would advise your first visit to be in daylight.

 

Please be sure that EHB is for you. It is remote and isolated and suits those who enjoy independence self reliance and adventure. We have tried out best to think of providing everything required but anyone with a complicated medical condition should think seriously about the isolated nature of the property.

 

 

 

 

What to do?

Concerts at Leeds Arena, visit relatives, enjoy the Leeds Indie Food Festival, exhibitions at the Henry Moore Gallery, golf the wonderful courses of Alwoodley and Moortown, shop to your heart's content or search the visit Leeds or www.treasuretrails.com websites. All with a stay at Dunstarn Cottge, Leeds.

Our inaugural outdoor picnic theatre event  Pride and Prejudice was held in 2017 at Dunstarn Farm Adel Leeds 16 by Chapterhouse Theatre Co. 250 guests attended. 2018 we  performed Robin Hood . 2019 we took a break and hope to be back in 2020.
