You'll instantly feel at home in our clean, comfortable holiday home. Due to covid restictions, we change mattress and pillow protectors between visits, we can only provide hand towels, duvets, pillows, soap, dishwasher powder, loo rolls, pots and pans, in fact everything you can think of, you just bring towels, duvets covers, sheets and pillowcases — all the amenities are available for you to enjoy in your relaxing retreat.
This is a four bedroom house with a 5th seperate double bedroom with ensuite and kitchinette, in the walled garden and can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests plus a sofa bed in the sitting room. Overcliffe cannot not be used for parties without prior arrangements.
Overcliffe offers the perfect base from which to explore the great outdoors. Tennis, golf, beach walks, riding, shopping, theatre, local pubs (if open) and restaurants, farmers markets, garden visiting, photography, National Trust properties, foraging, triathlons. Check websites for Covid updates.
The 60' Oak Sun Room with extensive beach and sea views allows children to experience the great outdoors in a safe and clean environment without constant parental supervision. Bring the kids, put your feet up and enjoy the scenery.

Over the past couple of years we have hosted a walking theatre performance and two summer outdoor theatre events, as well as assisted Cinematography students to make a film for Leeds University..........if you have a project in mind, we'd be pleased to discuss things.........
Currently we host regular gun dog training courses through Kirkbourne Spaniels.........
